Juggling Challenges
- I use this drill as a warm up and
during transition periods in practices.
- Coach states the challenge to the
players. Example: Right foot, header, left foot and catch.
- All players begin attempting to
complete the challenge.
- Once a player successfully completes
the challenge, that player will challenge a specific player to
complete the challenge. If they fail to complete the challenge
the very next attempt, they must do a predetermined amount of fitness,
like 5 push ups.
- Each time any player is successful in
completing the challenge, they may challenge any player they like.
- Coaches should change up the
challenges very minute or two, increase the difficulty as a
progression, make the challenges fun and attainable with some
concentration and effort.
