Learn From Your
Mistakes
Games, practices, and
scrimmages are all perfect times for learning and gaining valuable
experience. Coaches need to allow players to make mistakes, because
failure leads to success. The trick is to not make the same mistake twice.
When a mistake is made, the coach should make a note of it, and discuss it
at a time when players can practice correcting the mistake. Players grow
and develop through learning from their mistakes. |
